Clinic Reports · Now accepting pilot clinics

Give patients more than a number and a range.

biomarkr generates clinician-reviewed, patient-friendly blood test reports — with longitudinal interpretation, system-level analysis, and evidence-aware next-step prompts. You review, edit, and share. The intelligence does the groundwork.

Priority finding
ALT has risen across 3 consecutive tests and is now above the reference range. This may warrant clinician review in the context of symptoms, history, medication, alcohol intake and related liver markers.

The gap biomarkr closes

What clinics are dealing with every day.

Private clinics run complex panels. Standard lab reports give you numbers. Somewhere in between is the interpretation — and right now, that's almost entirely on you.

01
Time spent writing the same things for every patient.
The interpretation work — system summaries, trend context, next steps — is largely repeatable. It shouldn't take 30–60 minutes per patient to produce it.
02
Patients who can't remember what you explained.
A verbal consultation is ephemeral. Patients leave with a number in their head but no context. A clear written report changes that conversation entirely.
03
Trends that are only visible in retrospect.
A single test rarely tells the full story. The patterns that matter — slow ALT drift, borderline metabolic shift, HbA1c creeping up — only emerge across multiple panels over time.
How it works

From blood test to
reviewed report in minutes.

No new system to integrate with. No complex setup. Upload a PDF or enter values, and biomarkr does the interpretation work — then you review and approve before anything reaches your patient.

01
Upload
Upload the lab PDF or enter values manually
Send us the results however your lab delivers them. biomarkr extracts, validates and structures the biomarker data — units, reference ranges, previous values — before any interpretation begins.
02
Analyse
The intelligence engine analyses across every system
A 15-stage reasoning pipeline scores each body system, detects trends across previous tests, identifies cross-system patterns, and drafts plain-English interpretation — grounded in structured data, not raw text.
03
Review
You review, edit, and approve the report
The draft is yours to read, change, or add to. You remain the clinical voice. Your edits can help shape future drafts for your clinic workflow, where feedback capture is enabled. Nothing reaches your patient without your sign-off.
04
Share
Export a branded PDF — or share direct with the patient
Download a clinic-branded PDF, or share directly via the patient companion app. The patient gets a clear, readable report they can refer back to. You get a documented, version-controlled audit trail.
The report itself

Not a PDF of numbers.
A clinical narrative.

Every report covers: what the test shows, what changed since the last panel, which cross-system patterns may be worth reviewing, and what the patient should focus on next — in language a non-clinician can actually understand.

You edit the narrative before it goes to the patient. The report carries your clinical voice, not a generic output.

  • System-level scores — each body system scored 0–100 with trend direction
  • Longitudinal analysis — values compared across available previous tests
  • Cross-system patterns — connections between systems that only appear in aggregate
  • Prioritised review prompts — evidence-aware, ordered to help the clinician focus on what may need attention first
  • Retest discussion prompts — where repeat testing may be worth considering, subject to clinician judgement
  • Clinic branding — export with your logo, name, and review metadata

Who it's built for

Designed for clinics that take blood work seriously.

biomarkr is best suited to clinics running regular multi-marker panels where interpretation depth, longitudinal tracking and patient communication quality matter.

Strong fit
Functional medicine & private GPs
High-volume private practices running complex multi-marker panels. The time saved on interpretation and report-writing is immediate and measurable, especially for GPs seeing 10+ blood-test patients per week.
Also a good fit
Hormone, menopause & specialist practices
Clinics where patients track markers closely over time — thyroid, hormones, iron, inflammation. The longitudinal comparison across panels is where biomarkr adds the most visible value for this cohort.
Clinical control

The AI does the groundwork.
You remain the clinician.

biomarkr generates a structured draft — the interpretation groundwork. You decide what the report says before it reaches the patient. That distinction matters clinically, legally, and for your patient relationships.

Every report carries your review status, your edits, and your sign-off. biomarkr is the intelligence layer. The clinical relationship is yours.

What you keep full control of Your workflow
The final narrative
Edit, rewrite, or add to any section of the report before it reaches your patient. Your words, your voice.
What is and isn't shared
Nothing is sent to the patient without your explicit approval. The draft/review/approved workflow is enforced throughout.
Patient identifiers
biomarkr does not need patient names, NHS numbers or contact details. Your clinic holds the link between patient identity and report ID — biomarkr processes pseudonymous report and test data only.
The clinical relationship
biomarkr produces interpretation support, not diagnoses. Every output includes appropriate guidance to discuss findings with the clinician.
The branding
Reports are exported under your clinic's name and logo. Patients see your brand, not ours.
How it stays safe

Built to operate within clear boundaries.

The system is deliberately constrained. Not because the technology can't do more — but because the safe lane for health AI is well-defined, and biomarkr is built to stay inside it.

Deterministic guardrails
Every report passes through multiple automated safety checks — including a banned-phrase filter, a fact verifier, and a clinical contract validator — before it reaches the review queue. These run before and after the AI layer.
Facts first, AI second
biomarkr extracts and structures biomarker data — name, value, unit, range, previous result and trend direction — before any explanation is generated. Interpretation is always built on verified structured data, not raw document text.
Evidence-aware output
Where relevant, outputs can surface the guidance or evidence context used to frame the interpretation, so clinicians can review the basis for key statements rather than just the conclusion.
Pseudonymous by design
biomarkr does not need patient names, NHS numbers or contact details. Your clinic assigns and holds the pseudonymous ID — only you know who the patient is. biomarkr processes pseudonymous health data, not patient identities.
Review record
Report status, review actions and approval timestamps can be logged to support a clear review record. Clinics can see what was generated, what was reviewed and when the report was approved.
Non-diagnostic positioning
The language is deliberately constrained to support interpretation and clinician review — not diagnosis, prescribing or autonomous clinical decision-making. biomarkr outputs are intended as decision-support, and all reports include appropriate clinical caveats.

Pilot programme

We're looking for the right clinics.

Not the most clinics. The right ones — practices that run regular comprehensive panels, want to improve the quality of patient communication, and are willing to give us honest feedback on what works and what doesn't.

We're accepting a small number of pilot clinics this summer. The first 6 weeks are free. The only commitment is feedback.

01
Fill in the form. We'll review your practice type and panel volume to make sure biomarkr is the right fit.
02
A 30-minute call to walk you through the workflow, answer questions, and set up your clinic account.
03
Upload your first 3 reports — we'll generate drafts, you review them, and we'll iterate based on your feedback.
04
6 weeks in, we review together. If it's working, you move to a paid plan. If not, you've lost nothing.
Request a pilot place
We'll be in touch within 2 working days. UK clinics only at launch.
No commitment. No credit card. Just a conversation about whether this is right for your practice.
Indicative pricing
